Edit a participation plan requirement

Information for agency users on how to view and edit a participation plan requirement.

A participation plan requirement is editable until a successful supplier’s participation plan is submitted to WA Industry Link. The Requirement may also be cancelled if it is no longer needed, and reporting has not started.

  1. From the dashboard, click on “Participation Plan Requirements”
  2. Locate the relevant participation plan requirement.
  3. Click the down arrow next to the record and select “View details” to navigate to the Participation Plan Requirement Details page where the following details can be viewed:
    • Tender title 
    • The status of the participation plan requirement, indicated by:
      • Tender Not Yet Open
      • Tender Open date
      • Tender Closing date
      • Reporting Completed
      • Cancelled
    • Tender reference number
    • Tender opening date
    • Tender closing date
    • Type (Goods and/or services or Housing and/or works)
    • Contact person
    • The URL link to the participation plan template to be provided to bidders.
    • A list of completed participation plan’s completed by bidding suppliers. The list details include:
      • The participation plan number (generated by the portal)
      • The supplier’s name
      • The status of the participation plan
      • Estimated contract completion date
      • Identifying if the plan has been selected as the successful supplier's plan
  4. To edit the participation plan requirement, click “Edit”. Once navigated to the pre-filled form, click “Edit Requirement”.
  5. Make any edits as needed and submit.
