About the program

We offer a structured 18 month graduate program with 3 diverse rotations. As a Treasury Graduate Officer, you will perform challenging and interesting work, and deal with a wide range of issues and stakeholders across government while developing a broad overview and knowledge of the diverse areas of Treasury.

You will be exposed to high profile state projects, build a range of professional networks with key stakeholders, and engage in further learning and development.

Attributes we are seeking in candidates

  • Successful completion of a tertiary qualification within the past 2 years
  • Minimum undergraduate degree – any degree discipline is acceptable 
  • Alignment with Treasury’s values of being solutions focused, committed, collaborative and wanting to make a difference
