Treasury is at the heart of government decision making, responsible for managing Western Australia’s public sector finances and overseeing the annual State Budget.
As the WA Government’s principal economic and financial advisor, we develop economic and revenue forecasts and monitor the state’s economy and public sector finances. Our work ensures Western Australia’s economic prosperity remains on track.

About the program
The Treasury Vacation Internship Program is a structured development experience over two placements that run for 8 weeks during the summer vacation break and 5 weeks during the winter vacation break.
As an intern, you will gain valuable knowledge and skills working in a fast paced central government agency whose work and advice is fundamental to supporting the people and communities of Western Australia.
