About the program

Kickstart your career with our 24 month graduate program! From day one you do real, meaningful work that makes a difference.

You rotate through different teams, gaining hands on experience in areas such as:

  • Business and Customer Services
  • Finance and Commercial Services
  • Information and Communication Technologies
  • Infrastructure.

Our program is more than just a job – it’s a chance to develop skills, grow your network and get expert guidance. With mentoring, peer networks and professional development opportunities like the Launch development program for university qualified staff new to the sector, you build confidence and leadership skills.

By the end of the program, you have the experience and knowledge to step into roles in finance, policy, school infrastructure planning and more.
