Who we are
We are working to create an innovative and future fit public service for the people of Western Australia – and here’s your chance to be a part of that future.
We shape, build and regulate to ensure the performance and improvement of both individuals and agencies across the whole Public Sector. From creation of a learning initiative to upskill over 35,000 non-frontline workers, to monitoring and oversighting integrity within the sector, to creation of policies and legislation to support inclusive and fair human resources practices across the Public Sector, the Commission’s work has wide impact across the public sector.
About the program
You get the chance to work on exciting initiatives that influence the way public sector staff go about their work, and how public sector agencies manage important matters like leadership, culture, capability, integrity and data.
You develop an understanding of government operations at the highest level – how we collaborate across the sector to solve problems, how we set standards and expectations for the sector, and how we build a diverse and capable sector workforce.
Our progressive and flexible workplace is filled with supportive and passionate staff who aim to make a real difference. During the 12 month program you learn a range of skills and develop the knowledge you need for a successful career.
