Who we are
At the Department of Water and Environmental Regulation, we support Western Australia’s community, economy and environment by managing and regulating the state’s environment and water resources.
About the program
Our 12 month graduate program equips recent graduates with the skills, experience and networks needed for a rewarding public sector career.
Our program features a tailored rotation plan, ensuring a balance between departmental needs and graduate interest. In collaboration with the Department of Energy, Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety and the Department of Jobs, Tourism, Science and Innovation, you may also rotate through one of these agencies to expand your experience.
Our roles align with graduates from disciplines such as:
