A range of vacation work opportunities for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students studying at any WA university

Applications for the 2025 program open 1 to 30 April.

If you identify as Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander, are enrolled at university and want to gain valuable paid work experience in the WA public sector, this opportunity is for you!

Here’s what you need to know:

  • Real work experience: Work on meaningful projects that contribute to the WA community.
  • Great pay: Earn more than $1,200 per week!
  • Culturally informed support: Receive guidance and mentoring in a supportive environment.
  • Opportunities for all degrees: No matter what you’re studying, there’s a place for you.
  • Flexible placements: Programs run for between 2 and 4 weeks, with the possibility of part time.
