About the program
WA Health is building a strong, skilled and growing Aboriginal workforce. We invest in your career development, providing culturally tailored learning and work experiences that develop your knowledge and skills.
Our 2 year graduate program gives Aboriginal university students who graduated in 2024 or graduating in 2025 a head start in developing their skills in diverse clinical and non-clinical areas. We provide a culturally safe and supportive workplace, free of racism, which includes cultural mentoring and coaching, and you are paid an attractive salary.

Program highlights
- Job and financial security with a 2 year graduate contract (PSO Level 4 $92,098 - $96,660 p. a) and support to find permanent employment after you complete the program
