Under the Western Australian Jobs Act 2017 and as part of the Western Australian Industry Participation Strategy 2024, prospective suppliers of goods, services, housing and works (above certain thresholds) for the WA Government must submit a participation plan as part of their WA Government tender.

Completion of a participation plan on the WAIPS Portal does not constitute submission to the procuring agency. You must submit a completed participation plan via the relevant tendering portal before the tender closing time for the bid to be considered.
