View or edit an existing participation plan report

Instructions for suppliers to view a completed participation plan report or edit when WA Industry Link or the agency requests a clarification.

View a participation plan report

  1. Navigate to the “Participation Plan Reporting” page using the top navigation bar.
  2. Locate the relevant participation plan report. You can filter by status or click on the table headings to order by name (A to Z) or time (oldest to newest).
  3. Locate the specified participation plan report, click the down arrow next to the record and select “View Details”.

Edit a participation plan report

A completed participation plan report can be edited if its status is Clarification Requested. The status will appear when WA Industry Link or the procuring agency needs more information or updates to the participation plan before it is accepted. An email notification will be sent from the portal to the supplier user if this is required.

  1. Navigate to the Participation Plan Reporting page using the top navigation bar. The page displays all participation plan reports completed by all users within the business.
  2. Locate the relevant participation plan report. You can filter by status or click on the table headings to order by name (A to Z) or time (oldest to newest).
  3. Click the down arrow to the right of the record and select “Edit.” Edit as required and re-submit the updated participation plan report.
  4. The agency contact will be notified by the portal upon completion.

Updating contract manager details

  1. Navigate to the Participation Plans page tab using the top navigation bar.
  2. Locate the participation plan for the relevant contract using filter by status or click on the table headings to order by name (A to Z) or time (oldest to newest).
  3. Click the down arrow next to the record and select “View Details.”
  4. Update the Contact Details as required.
  5. Click “Update Contact Details”.
