Suppliers with an account will receive in-app notifications as well as email notifications from the WAIPS Portal. Email notifications suppliers can expect to receive include:
- Completion of a participation plan (including a copy attached).
- When the procuring agency makes an edit to a participation plan requirement (e.g. updates the tender closing date)
- When the procuring agency cancels the requirement for a participation plan that a supplier has commenced/completed.
- Submission of a participation plan to WA Industry Link by the procuring agency.
- Clarifications raised by WA Industry Link/procuring agency regarding participation plans, reports, or exemption reports.
- Due dates for participation plan reports and exemption reports (on completion date, one month after, and 2 months after).
- When a new user registers under the business's account (super user only).
