Complete a participation plan report

Learn how a supplier user can complete and submit a participation plan report through the portal.

A reminder email will be sent to the user's registered email address when a participation plan report for an existing WAIPS contract is due.

  1. Log in to the portal using the participation plan report template link provided in the reminder email. Alternatively, navigate to the Participation Plan Reporting tab in the top navigation bar of the dashboard and locate the relevant contract.
  2. Click the down arrow next to the record and select “Create Report”.
  3. Complete the participation plan report template as required.
  4. Complete the form and click “Agree & Submit” on the Declaration page.
  5. The agency contact will be notified by the portal upon submission.

Progress on the form can be saved and returned to for completion later. To do this, click “Save for later” at the top of the left-hand navigation pane. To resume editing a participation plan:

  1. Navigate to the Participation Plan Reporting page from the top navigation bar.
  2. Locate the relevant participation plan report using filter by status or click on the table headings to order by name (A to Z) or time (oldest to newest).
  3. Click the down arrow to the right of the record to select “View Details.”
  4. To resume editing the unsubmitted participation plan report click “Edit”.
  5. Complete the form and click “Agree & Submit” on the Declaration page.
  6. The agency contact will be notified by the portal upon completion.
