Edit an existing exemption report

Steps for suppliers to edit a completed exemption report when a clarification is requested from WA Industry Link or the procuring agency.

A completed exemption report can be edited if its status is "Clarification Requested". This status will appear when WA Industry Link or the procuring agency needs more information or updates to the participation plan before it is accepted, the supplier will be notified via email if this is required.

  1. Navigate to the Exemption Reporting page using the top navigation bar. The page displays all exemption reports completed by all users within the business.
  2. Locate the relevant exemption report by filtering by status or click on the table headings to order by name (A to Z) or time (oldest to newest).
  3. Click the down arrow next to the record and select “Edit.” Edit as required and re-submit the updated exemption report.
  4. The agency contact will be notified by the portal upon completion.
