Our 24 month graduate program offers you the chance to start your career with an exciting development opportunity.
You will gain experience across diverse teams and undertake rotations within various streams within Education Business Services:
- Business and Customer Services
- Finance and Commercial Services
- Information and Communication Technologies
- Infrastructure
Taking on meaningful work from day one, you’ll be guided through a tailored training program and receive guidance from senior leaders and mentors to accelerate your development.
In addition to developing your technical knowledge and skills you’ll learn to collaborate and consult with internal and external stakeholders.

Program highlights
- We provide tailored placements over 24 months to develop knowledge and build valuable skills and interest in diverse business areas.
- You will build technical knowledge and skills while learning to professionally collaborate and consult with internal and external stakeholders.
- You will gain experience in multidisciplinary teams with support from an induction and onboarding program, and guidance from senior leaders and mentors.
- We offer permanent employment following successful completion of the 24 month program, including the initial 12 month probationary period.
