You can manage the invitations for a representative to act on behalf of:
- yourself; or
- a business or volunteer organisation that you have already been authorised to administer in the WARAM.
Managing invitations means you can:
- view the details of an invitation;
- resend the invitation so the invited representative receives a new invitation code; or
- withdraw the invitation if it is no longer required.
Pending invitations expire after 14 days.
Getting started
To manage invitations:
- sign into the WARAM;
- if you are managing invitations for someone to act on behalf of a business or volunteer organisation, ensure you have been authorised to administer the entity. If you do not have the necessary authorisation, submit a request and wait until your request is approved before continuing.
- on the “My dashboard” page choose either:
- “My representatives” to manage invitations sent to someone to act on your behalf or
- “My entities” to manage invitations sent to a representative to act on behalf of your entity i.e. your business or volunteer organisation;
- after the page has been displayed, choose “View invitations”;
- find the invitation you require;
- you can view the invitation details, resend or withdraw a pending invitation via the Action heading.
