Managing invitations

How to find and manage invitations for people to act on your behalf or on behalf of your business in the WARAM.

You can manage the invitations for a representative to act on behalf of:

  • yourself; or
  • a business or volunteer organisation that you have already been authorised to administer in the WARAM.

Managing invitations means you can:

  • view the details of an invitation; 
  • resend the invitation so the invited representative receives a new invitation code; or
  • withdraw the invitation if it is no longer required.

Pending invitations expire after 14 days.

Getting started

To manage invitations:

  • sign into the WARAM;
    • if you are managing invitations for someone to act on behalf of a business or volunteer organisation, ensure you have been authorised to administer the entity. If you do not have the necessary authorisation, submit a request and wait until your request is approved before continuing.
  • on the “My dashboard” page choose either:
    • “My representatives” to manage invitations sent to someone to act on your behalf or
    • “My entities” to manage invitations sent to a representative to act on behalf of your entity i.e. your business or volunteer organisation;
  • after the page has been displayed, choose “View invitations”;
  • find the invitation you require;
  • you can view the invitation details, resend or withdraw a pending invitation via the Action heading.
