The approach

A leadership development program stretching the minds and actions of Level 8 high-performers

In Elev8, each participant drives their learning through core and elective experiences.

1. Core experiences

Delivered through 4 face to face workshops, the experiences are based on leadership expectations needed now and into the future for the sector. Each workshop is one or 2 days.

2. Group exploration

In small groups, participants explore content from the core experiences, challenging and supporting each other towards new ways of leading. These facilitated one hour group coaching sessions focus on embedding the learning and reflection.  

3. Immersion workshops

Participants select 3 out of 6 small group immersion workshops that challenge their assumptions, mindsets and behaviours on different and important aspects of their leadership. Delivered online, each workshop involves a personal assessment, development report or toolkit for participants.

4. Immersion coaching

Participants select 2 of their chosen 3 immersion workshops to receive individual one hour coaching sessions. Delivered by experienced and expert coaches, these sessions further deepen participants’ insights into personal challenges and leadership effectiveness.
