Eligibility

A leadership development program stretching the minds and actions of Level 8 high-performers

The candidate must meet the following eligibility criteria:

  • Currently a substantive Level 8 (or equivalent) in the WA public sector
  • Have a record of high performance (exceeding expectations on an ongoing basis)
  • Currently have people reporting to you
  • Available for all sessions
  • Line manager endorsement of application
