Find out the different ways you can pay your pawnbrokers and second-hand dealers fine or final demand.
Last updated:

Police issue fines to pawnbrokers and second-hand dealers as an alternative for some offences. They can be given to individuals or companies.

Payment is not considered an admission for any civil or criminal court case and the fine does not have to be declared on your criminal history.

You have 28 days from date of issue to pay the full amount:

  • in person at any Australia Post location
  • by mailing a cheque or money order to:

          Commissioner of Police
          Licensing Services
          Locked Bag 9
          East Perth WA 6892

  • online using Visa or Mastercard

If paying online, you will also need the reference number on the bottom left on your infringement.
