Charge Up EV Charging Grants

The WA Government is encouraging EV uptake by co-funding up to 50 per cent of the cost of electric vehicle charger installations by eligible entities.

Round 3 is now open!

Round 3 of Charge Up Grants opened on 8 October 2024 and closes on 30 June 2025, or when available funding is fully committed.
Charge Up co-funds up to half the cost of purchasing and installing electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure.
Round 3 Grants support not for-profits, small to medium businesses, and local government authorities to install up to four EV chargers at each site ranging from 7kW up to 350kW, with up to five sites per applicant.
