A leadership development program shaping managers into leaders

In Propel, each participant has a range of learning experiences during the 10-week program.

1. Online workshops

Subject matter experts with strong academic and practical experience facilitate 5 60-minute interactive workshops via Zoom.

2. Coaching sessions

After participants have the opportunity to apply their learning from an online workshop to the workplace, an experienced coach leads small group discussions to explore thinking and share ideas, experiences and observations.   

3. Learning experience platform

Participants have access to a learning experience platform with a variety of resources related to each online workshop including videos, case studies, articles, toolkits and reflections.

4. Leadership blueprint

Throughout the program, participants develop a personalised leadership blueprint – a document that captures how to build and flex leadership strength through actions and reflections. The completed blueprint is an enduring and practical resource to continue their leadership growth and development.
