When you access the portal, you'll have the option to register or login. If you haven't used the portal before, register by completing and submitting the required information.
Verification
A pop-up information box will let you know that a verification email has been sent to the email address you provided. Click on the link in the email (or paste it into your browser), update the necessary fields, and click Register to complete your registration.
Password
You must change your password every 180 days. If you haven't logged in during this period, you will be prompted to change your password before you can access the portal again. You can change your password at any time via the profile icon in the top right corner of the page.
If you've forgotten your password, click on the Forgot password link and follow the prompts. Enter the email address you provided when you first registered to use the portal. A link to reset your password will be sent to you and will remain valid for two hours.
