Before a decision to grant, vary or transfer an aquaculture licence comes into effect, our CEO is responsible for making sure the decision is published.
The CEO will ensure that advertisements for applications or decisions appear on our website.
The CEO must allow sufficient time for any affected person to make an application for review of the decision by the State Administrative Tribunal. This period is 28 days.
Leases
If a lease is granted, the Minister is responsible for making sure notice of the grant is published in the Government Gazette.
