Technical capability modules - Empowering CFOs

Supporting CFOs to increase their financial management technical expertise to operate at the highest levels of agencies

High level technical capability is critical to ensure public sector agencies not only have robust financial processes and systems in place but that these processes are understood and used effectively.

The 'Empowering CFOs' technical capability modules strengthen the role and status of public sector CFOs by improving financial acumen to align with their roles and responsibilities. The modules help ensure the sector's finance leaders have the skills and knowledge necessary to assume full accountability for financial and budgetary matters, and achieve government desired outcomes and fiscal targets.

By embracing a mindset of continuous improvement, CFOs can elevate their performance, lift the technical capability of the sector and inspire the finance leaders of tomorrow.
