Through the 4 modules based on modern leadership theories, CFOs master the art of stewardship, skilfully supporting and motivating others while assuming full accountability for financial and budgetary matters.

Frequency and duration
There are 2 intakes each year, one running from March to November and the other running from August to May the following year.
Delivery mode and time commitment
Modules are delivered using a variety of formal and social learning experiences:
- A face to face session (2 day session for modules 1 and 3; one day session for modules 2 and 4)
- Virtual workshop (for modules 2 and 4 only) – 3 hours
- In-office work (module 2 only)
- Peer coaching
- Agency appointed executive partner to support leadership transition in the context of the agency
CFOs have access to a learning platform for easy access to all content and to network and share experiences with fellow CFOs in the program.
Cost
Intake 1 – $1527 (estimated) for all 4 leadership capability modules – 50% discount
All further intakes – $3,055 (estimated) for all 4 leadership capability modules
