How to restore your expired licence   

Expired up to two years

To restore an in-house installing work licence that has been expired up to two years you can use our online restoration service.

To use the restoration service you will need to know your licence number, which can be found on the front of your licence.

To safeguard your personal information, you will need to have an email address or mobile telephone number currently recorded with Licensing Services so that when prompted, we can SMS and/or email you your one-time security access code.

You can restore your expired in-house installing work licence by completing and lodging a form.

If you are submitting your application by post (or in person) you must complete the payment details section of the application form.

Applications received without payment cannot be accepted.
