Replace licence or registration
As a registered building services provider, you must hold a registration certificate issued by the department.
You can request a replacement registration certificate if your:
- Certificate has been damaged, destroyed, lost or stolen
- Change of name
How to lodge a reprint/replacement request
Complete all the relevant sections of the request form and pay the correct fee.
Request can be lodged by the follow ways:

How does it work?
To use the reprint service you will need to know your permit number.
Also, in order for us to safeguard your personal information, you will need to have an email address or mobile telephone number currently recorded with Building and Energy so that when prompted, we can SMS and/or email you your personal one-time security access code.
