Past four years of inactive-repealed policies

The last 4 years of Inactive–repealed policies and documents are now accessible on this page. They are clearly stamped as Inactive–repealed and articulate the date they were rescinded. This page will be updated over time as policies continue to be repealed.

The Department of Planning, Lands and Heritage has been working on a range of policy reform projects to improve the transparency of the land use planning framework and align with planning reform objectives. Policy document labels are being applied to the suite of WAPC policies to indicate a policy’s status.

After 18 June 2024 repealed policies will be labelled Inactive-repealed. Prior to this date policies were labelled inactive-rescinded and the label will not be updated.

View the WAPC policy document labels fact sheet for more information. The Inactive–repealed label is one such introduction.
