The area and scope clauses of the two state building industry WA awards have been updated by the Western Australian Industrial Relations Commission effective from 11 December 2024.
As part of the amendments, the Building Trades Award will be renamed the Building Trades and Labourers (General) Award and the Building Trades (Construction) Award will be renamed the Building Trades and Labourers (Construction) Award.
