About the Strategy and Performance portfolio
The Strategy and Performance portfolio leads the transition of the department’s multi-year strategy into annual business planning. The portfolio creates the organisational systems, policies, processes and business insights that will help us prioritise making better decisions and improving our performance.
The portfolio enables the department deliver on its commitments by:
- strengthening the strategic framework and planning models through targeted strategy and organisational reform
- enhancing organisational performance in all facets including, technology, data, corporate services, business capabilities, and performance management
- effective management of governance, risk and audit
- delivery of strategic financial and procurement management.
