The administration of the RTTA is made up of legislation, policy, procedures and guidelines to facilitate the effective management of RTTA funds to best support road safety initiatives in WA.

To ensure appropriate management, a suite of documents have been endorsed by the Road Safety Council. You should read each document in the context of both the Road Safety Council Act 2002 and the Financial Management Act 2006.

The Road Safety Commission is in the process of developing additional policies, procedures and guidelines to assist in the management of the RTTA, in line with recommendations from the Office of the Auditor General.
