If your household or small business electricity account is with Synergy or Horizon Power, you do not need to do anything. Synergy and Horizon Power will apply the credit directly to eligible electricity accounts automatically over two payments of $350 for households and $362.50 for small businesses in the July-August billing cycle and the December-January billing cycle. Further information is available on the Synergy and Horizon Power websites.

For households and small businesses that do not have an account with Synergy or Horizon Power, applications for assistance are expected to open in July through the Department of Finance (RevenueWA) and Small Business Development Corporation.
