Tourism WA: Our people

Meet our Board of Commissioners and Executive Management team
Last updated:

Tourism WA is part of the Department of Jobs, Tourism, Science and Innovation, however, remains a statutory authority governed by a Board of Commissioners.

We are guided by the Western Australian Tourism Commission Act 1983, and fall under the portfolio of the Minister for Tourism the Hon Rita Saffioti BBus MLA.

While operations are led by the Executive Management team, Tourism WA is governed by a Board of Commissioners appointed under The Act - which can include up to 10 members.

The Board is responsible for the outcomes of our agency, and it sets the strategic direction and goals for management.
