The delivery of the 10-Year Science and Technology Plan (the Plan) will be led by the Department. The establishment of a Science and Technology Council of Western Australia (the Council) will promote cross-disciplinary collaboration and provide strategic advice to the Department of Jobs, Tourism, Science and Innovation on science and technology opportunities and challenges.
The Council will be responsible for providing independent feedback and advice to the Department on important science and technology issues facing Western Australia.
