The New Build Grants allow Community Housing Providers to build suitable homes where there is demand for social housing throughout Western Australia.
Communities initially invested up to $38.9 million in grants towards the development of new social housing by Community Housing Providers. In November 2022, it was announced that an additional $39.5 million would be invested towards New Build projects.
