Application form
Once you have completed the application form and have all of your supporting documents ready, you can lodge your application in one of two ways:
By post or in person
If you are submitting your application by post (or in person) and are making payment by credit card, you must also complete the application payment form and attach it to your application.
Applications received without payment cannot be accepted.

Conditions of accreditation
Show moreAccredited assessors must comply with the provisions of the Work Health and Safety Act 2020, Work Health and Safety (General) Regulations 2022, and the conditions of accreditation.

Compliance requirements

Accredited assessors are required to notify WorkSafe before any assessment is conducted. Notifications are required to be made using an online form found here: Online forms

Maintenance of Experience
Assessors must maintain their competency to assess each class of work they are accredited in. Accreditation will not be renewed if competency is not maintained.
