If you are requesting the Commissioner provide evidence that a transaction record has been lodged for duty assessment for the purpose of registering a caveat under the Mining Act 1978, provide:
- a copy of the transaction record
- a written request marked to the attention of the Principal Revenue Officer, Duties, requesting that a copy of the transaction record be endorsed to certify that the original has been lodged for the assessment of duty.
