Promote training on the code to signal the agency’s commitment to integrity and its investment in staff understanding their ethical obligations.
When promoting training remember that adult learners want to know how the training is relevant to them so be specific about its value, beyond just something they are required to do. Promote integrity as a recognised workplace skill and the training as an opportunity to acquire knowledge and enhance this skill.

Did you know that staff who participate in our code of conduct training:
- build their knowledge about how ethical requirements apply in their work
- are more aware of how to make decisions that accord with these requirements
- gain skills in navigating integrity matters and ethical dilemmas.
