Schedules and annexures from the Ballardong people’s Indigenous Land Use Agreement
The Ballardong people’s ILUA has been sectioned off into annexures, exhibits and schedules to increase access to the various components within the ILUAs. All six South West Native Title Settlement ILUAs are identical in terms of content, the only differences are the locations, maps, the claimants referenced for each ILUA. If you require an annexure from the other ILUAs please contact us.

Heads of Agreement
The 2009 Heads of Agreement set out the intentions of the Noongar people, and the WA Government, to negotiate Indigenous Land Use Agreements instead of proceeding through costly, timely and uncertain native title litigation.
