Current General Procurement Directions issued under the Procurement Act

The Procurement Act 2020  allows the Department of Finance to release General Procurement Directions. State agencies must comply with these Directions.

Recent changes

General Procurement Direction 2024/03 – Improving the Outcomes of Major Projects Through Gateway Reviews took effect on 1 July 2024. The Procurement Direction is available on General Procurement Direction 2024/03 – Improving the Outcomes of Major Projects Through Gateway Reviews.
