This section provides access to the general templates used throughout the procurement process. Templates are updated regularly, so make sure that you download the current version.
Templates Announcements
The Department of Finance will be releasing updated goods and services, and community services templates in the coming weeks (commencing in December 2024). The updates will include information security and ICT products and services schedules, new WAIPS requirements, probity clauses and other minor updates. When the December update commences Finance will publish a Summary of Template and Document Changes document on the Procurement templates changes page, listing the affected documents and describing the changes.
Updated Template Redevelopment Project Pilot (Phase 1) will also be released in coming weeks. The TRP updates will include the new WAIPS requirements and updated information security clauses. Refer to the Template Redevelopment Project page for more information.
