  • women
  • people of diverse sexuality and/or gender

The DEI Strategy is a 5-year plan incorporating the WA Police Force’s equal employment, disability access and multicultural actions and commitments between July 2025–June 2030 and will drive action to achieve:

  • inclusive services
  • accessible buildings and facilities
  • accessible information
  • inclusive consultation, representation and accessible feedback/complaints
  • inclusive employment practices and workforce culture.

Feedback is also welcome on the current Disability Access and Inclusion Plan 2023-2025 and Multicultural Action Plan 2023-2025, as well as any other insights you may wish to share in relation to barriers to equity, access and inclusion that you may have identified or experienced.
