Note which Driver and Vehicle Services Centre or regional agent you want to collect your plate from and you will receive an email when it is ready, which can take up to four weeks.
Identification (PDF) is needed to collect your plate. You can nominate another person to collect it as long as they also have identification and proof they have been given consent.
If the plate is not collected within three months it will be destroyed and you will have to apply and pay for a new plate.
An additional plate is $27.70 and only available by ordering and paying online with a Visa or Mastercard through DoTDirect.
