A shipping schedule is promulgated by Port Hedland Vessel Traffic Services (VTS) to all port users with confirmed shipping movements for the next 24 hours.
The schedule is published daily at about 4:30pm, and as required to reflect significant shipping changes that may have occurred during that 24 hour period.
