A MSIC shows that the holder has met minimum security requirements to work unescorted or unmonitored in a maritime security zone.

You have 30 days to visit the Pilbara Ports Authority MSIC office in person to submit your completed access application form, show evidence of a valid MSIC, provide a clear drug and alcohol screen and have your photo taken.

Those failing to complete this process within 30 days will need to re-sit the site induction and submit a new access application form.

Your site access card is only valid for 2 years.

The Dampier and Port Hedland MSIC offices are open Monday to Friday 8:00am to 3:30pm.
