The Alcohol and Drug Support Line is a confidential, non-judgemental telephone counselling, information and referral service for anyone seeking help for their own or another person’s alcohol or drug use.

Available 24 hours a day seven days a week by calling 61 08 9442 5000 (1800 198 024 for country callers).

Live Chat with an alcohol/drug counsellor

The Live Chat online service is operated by the Alcohol and Drug Support Line for the purpose of providing alcohol and drug counselling and support.

The Live Chat service is provided free of charge for residents of Western Australia and is operated between the hours of 7:00am to 11:00pm.

Live Chat is available from the Mental Health Commission website header or footer on any page.
