Individual categories

| Semi-finalists notified | 16 June 2025 (week beginning) |
| Judging day | 11 July 2025 |
| Finalists announced | 25 July 2025 (subject to change) |
| WA Training Awards presentation event | 5 September 2025 (subject to change) |
| Australian Training Awards presentation event | November 2025 (TBC) |
