Your team will deepen and broaden their workplace skills and knowledge and get a nationally recognised vocational education and training (VET) qualification. 

The exciting news is, selected existing worker traineeships in priority areas including aged care and community support; information technology and cyber security; construction; childcare; and early education services are now available with reduced course fees!

Existing worker traineeships are delivered by a program of structured on the job learning, managed by an accredited TAFE college or private training provider, and on the job learning via work-based projects. To ensure minimal disruption to your workplace productivity, he extent of any off the job training will be negotiated between yourself and the training provider to ensure that business needs are accommodated.

What qualifications are available?

There's over 60 qualifications at Certificate IV, Diploma or Advanced Diploma level that are currently funded as an existing worker traineeship through the WA Department of Training and Workforce Development.
