Pay your water bill

There are many ways you can pay your Water Corporation bill, including online, via your online account, BPAY, direct debit, in person or over the phone.

Registering for an online account is quick and simple, all you need is a copy of your bill. With an online account you can check your account balance, view your bill and payment history, and compare water use to similar households. 

  • Log in or register for an online account
  • Pay online using BPAY - use your financial institution's telephone or online banking to make a BPAY payment using our biller code 8805 and your Water Corporation account number from your bill
  • BPAY view - register with your financial institution's online banking (if available) with your BPAY View Registration Number on the back of your Water Corporation bill
  • Centrepay - register for Centrepay to have a direct deduction from your Centrelink payments, find out more about Centrepay, or contact us on 13 13 85 to discuss this payment method
  • Direct debit - you can set up automatic payments when your bill is due, or make regular instalments weekly, fortnightly or monthly
  • Australia Post - payments can be made in person, by cash, cheque, money order or EFTPOS from a savings or cheque account, at any post office
  • Telephone- credit card payments can be made over the phone at any time. We accept Mastercard, Visa and American Express, please note a transaction fee will apply. You will need your account number and the bill amount from your bill.
