GeoMap.WA is a software program that helps users explore and combine different types of data, like maps and images, on their device. It’s easy to use and doesn’t need special skills or expensive equipment. This free desktop app is made for geologists, prospectors, and the public to create custom views of scientific, resource, and government information, whether they’re at home, in the office, or out in the field. You can connect GeoMap.WA to your device's GPS for live location tracking.

GeoMap.WA supports ESRI Shapefile and MapInfo TAB vector data files, web map services (WMS), and GeoTIFF, ECW, and JPEG2000 raster image files.
