The WA Jobs Act applies to all WA Government departments and agencies, including government trading entities (GTE's). It covers most forms of procurement including goods, services, housing, works and community services. It does not apply to universities, federal or local government procurement.
We are looking to gather feedback and input from state and local government, regional government bodies, local industry, industry associations and peak bodies.
